Emigrantes Invisibles Gallery Opening at Centro Cultural Conde Duque

Madrid, Spain - January 22, 2020

This ten year labor of love and dedication by James D. Fernández and Luís Argeo to document the “invisible” history of the Spanish emigration to the United States from 1868-1945 came to life through a touching and thoughtfully curated exhibit co- produced with the United States Spain Council and supported by La Nacional, Spanish Benevolent Society. Family photos and heirlooms, loaned by the descendants, were displayed at the Centro Cultural Conde Duque.
