This exclusive, high profile event was presented to representatives of the culinary industry, international and local chefs, including international culinary leader, José Andrés and various media outlets. World renowned Japanese Master Tuna Cutter, Mr. Nobuyuki Tajiri, considered the most experienced tuna master in Spain, guided the audience as he dismembered the tuna before sharing the freshly carved pieces.
